5ELEMENT-YOGA

In these gentle classes we practise through all 5Elements but per class we put 1of them in the spotlight. We flow with the seasons and the corresponding organs, creating more knowledge
of our own systems, better health and breath-ways along the way. Together with the asana practise (physical postures) we make use of colour visualisations, various forms of meditations and breathing exercises (pranayama).

Gentle yoga, following the traditional combination of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath-techniques) and meditation.

WEEK WIND-DOWN:

18h00-19h30 @ SvahaYoga,
Willemsstraat 133, Amsterdam

Genle Vinyasa-flow the wind down from the week just gone, calm the mind and use the muscles differntly then sitting on a chair or cycling.
